MATERNA Surveys

For many years MATERNA has been conducting surveys about various topics from information technology and similar areas. The survey results and further informaton about our surveys are available here for free. Below are links to our most recent surveys:

  • IT Service Management Survey 2009/2010

    ITIL® picking up speed – but only partly: professionalisation of concepts and processes well on the way. The results of MATERNA's yearly IT Service Management survey are now available. 176 IT-decision makers from Denmark, Finland and Sweden took part in the online survey in the autumn of 2009.
