MATERNA Communications and Vegatel develop co-operation for Mobile Virtual Network Enabler Services in Turkey

The information and telecommunications specialist MATERNA and experienced telecom company Vegatel form strategic partnership to deliver MVNE-solutions in Turkey. The companies' collaboration brings together MATERNA`s expertise in international MVNE solutions with Vegatels experience in the Turkish telecommunication market, and provides service ranging from Reseller MVNO to Full MVNO.
As the first real German Mobile Virtual Network Enabler under the Vistream brand, MATERNA adopts the role of a mobile network operator for its customers and provides technical, legal and administrative support. In Germany MATERNA operates an MVNE platform offering a complete set of services to MVNOs, including SIM logistics and management, voice services, voice mail, handset personalization, CRM, Billing and Help Desk. In conjunction with the customer, the company also develops customised international models, that in addition to tariff development and various billing modules; also include a wide range of value-added services based on SMS, MMS and voice solutions. Vistream is up and running since 2005, currently supporting more than 20 brands with individual offers.
MATERNA intends to extend the MVNE operation into foreign countries by connecting to mobile operators outside of Germany. MATERNA benefits from its industry experience and the market footprint in Germany. The existing infrastructure of a fully featured MVNE has been designed for international markets from the beginning. MATERNA can guarantee every MVNO and branded retailer a rapid time to market.
