VoiceFlash has won the confidence of everyone in the audience during the VOICE Days plus

During the VOICE Days 2009, the Cologne-based multimedia specialists of .dotkomm rich media solutions and MATERNA Communications have won the „Live Contest 2009“ with their jointly developed VoiceFlash technology. With VoiceFlash, web-based applications can be controlled by voice. „We are really pleased to receive this award and we are confirmed in our strategy to shape communication in the Internet as naturally as possible“, said Ralf Pispers, the managing director of .dotkomm following the price award. „VoiceFlash enables online dialogues, which resemble very much a real sales conversation.“
The award was granted yesterday within the VOICE Days plus after the six finalists of the competition had presented their developments before a live audience. The VoiceFlash technology of. dotkomm and MATERNA was ahead by a nose in the concluding voting by the audience and the expert jury. Once a year, the best developer team of services is awarded for the interaction between the customer and the enterprise during this "live Contest".
With VoiceFlash, the user can control – simply per voice – web-based video applications individually and interactively. The speech input occurs via a headset or the microphone of the notebook and/or PC. The new technology is made possible through the combination of a modern Flash server and an innovative voice platform. At the same time, the speech recognition software converts the voice stream of the customer in entries and therewith controls the interactive video interface.
