HiPath Fault Management (HiPath FM) is a key component of the Siemens Communications HiPath Enterprise Convergence Architecture. HiPath FM is a comprehensive, web-based fault management solution for the Siemens HiPath communication product portfolio (HiPath 3000, HiPath 4000, HiPath 3000/5000, HiPath 8000, HiPath Applications/MIB). It integrates both the management of circuit-switched and packet-based IP networks covering today’s established world of PBX and the emerging Voice over IP (VoIP) communication technology.

MATERNA offers continuing and expanded integration solutions for HiPath FM, enabling the integration of fault management and service management for telecommunication (voice) and IT (data) networks. This versatile toolset enables enterprise network operators to consolidate and optimise their processes and resources allocated to fault and service management tasks.
