BMC Dashboards for BSM 2.x: Administering (ILT)

This course covers the need for and importance of the BMC Dashboards for BSM product and its role in Business Service Management (BSM) and IT management.

The primary topics of discussion include product architecture, product installation, the role BMC Dashboards for BSM plays in the enterprise, and the importance of adequately planning for its installation. The two primary dashboard consoles - the user console and the administrator console - are also described.
