BMC CONTROL-M for Distributed Systems 6.4: Certification Boot Camp (ILT)

This is a high-intensity immersion course designed to prepare the student to take the BMC CONTROL-M for Distributed Systems Certified Engineer Test. This test will be administered at the end of the class. The class days will be long (between 9 and 11 hours a day) and will include additional reading assignments each evening. Time will be allotted on Friday to take the two-hour certification examination.

This class covers topics from the BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager 6.4: Scheduling - Part 2, BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager 6.4: Scheduling - Part 3 and the BMC CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager 6.4: Administering classes to prepare students for the certification test. Students will work through a case study that includes many of the challenges encountered during an implementation. Students are given the opportunity to work through these challenges with hands-on labs. Best-practice processes for using the monitoring, scheduling, and administration tools will be introduced and students will practice using these tools throughout the case study.
