BMC Remedy AR System 7.6.04: Foundation - Part 1 (ODL)

In this highly interactive On Demand Learning (ODL) course, participants learn foundation concepts necessary to administer and develop applications in BMC Remedy AR System 7.6.04. This course introduces AR System architecture, concepts, and terminology. Participants learn how to navigate BMC Remedy User, BMC Remedy Mid Tier, and BMC Remedy Developer Studio in order to perform various tasks. In addition to the online course content, participants also are given access to a remote lab environment. Participants can practice concepts such as creating forms, fields, and workflow objects in this lab environment to experience the power of AR System.

Note: After receiving a confirmation email from BMC, you have access to the course for 60 days. After that, the WBT will expire.

Course duration: 18 hours

Prerequisites:

• User knowledge of the Microsoft Windows graphical user interface (GUI)
