In the field of document management (DMS) and electronic archiving, MATERNA focuses on the integration of electronic files in existing specialist public administration procedures. This enables documents and the data belonging to them to be administered, archived, researched and made available according to administrative requirements. The result is the introduction of the electronic “file”. As far as integration is concerned, MATERNA takes three different solutions into account. Either the DMS (document management system) or the specialist procedure itself can be the system in charge, or both can be integrated with equal rights.
The effects which result from DMS integration of specialist procedures speak for themselves: increased efficiency due to accelerated procedures, process optimisation and increased cost effectiveness.
Together with their subsidiary IQDoQ and their DMS solution Hyperdoc, MATERNA can fall back on more than 20 years of experience in the DMS environment. MATERNA has also entered into a partnership with OpenText. MATERNA integrates the selected software products and implements them as customised procedures processing.
