The Materna Group was founded in 1980. Today, the privately-held company includes several subsidiaries and holdings. Together, we generate a group turnover of 433 million euros (2021). Materna IPS Intelligent Passenger Solutions has been a leading solution provider in the field of passenger and baggage handling for airports and airlines for more than 30 years. Cyber Security Specialist
RADAR Cyber Security employs around 110 people and was founded in Vienna in 2011. RADAR offers the establishment of a Security Operations Center (SOC) for companies and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) on the basis of a cyber security platform and has itself been very successfully providing a SOC as a Service "Made in Europe" for more than ten years. RADAR thus acts as a "one stop store" both for equipping SOCs and for providing SOC services. The company has been part of the Materna Group since September 2022.

TraffGo Road GmbH
Innovative IT solutions for processing traffic data
TraffGo Road develops intelligent IT concepts and IT solutions for municipalities and state administrations in the area of multimodal traffic information as well as for the automated processing, evaluation and visualization of large traffic databases. We take up innovative concepts and implement them, for example in the Smart City environment. For example, TraffGo has implemented the payment pilot to pay "parking tickets" directly via PayPal or other payment services. Since October 2021, we have been operating smart loading zones (Smala project) for the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, where delivery trucks can pre-book short-term parking spaces. Materna Virtual Solution is a software vendor specialized in mobile applications, headquartered in Munich and with a development location in Berlin. The company develops and markets the apps SecurePIM, SecureCOM and the security framework SERA for iOS and Android. SecurePIM makes encrypted and usable mobile work possible.
