Customer service and support
Materna runs a centralized customer helpline at our headquarters in Germany. Our call centre will help you if any technical problems should occur, if you have any questions about usage or if you think you are not deploying any of our products to their best advantage. You can get through to our helpline staff Monday to Friday between 8.00 in the morning and 18.00 in the evening.
